I cannot say enough great things about them. WONDERFUL experience all around. I gave them a call before placing my order to inquire about delivery and a few other items. They were so helpful and kind. They sent me an update while the products were being made and once they were delivered (which was the next day!) The leather bound glasses are beautiful, such a nice gift and arrived in perfect shape. Thank you again for making such a wonderful product, you can tell so much love went into them. I want give a shout out to the best customer service I have seen in years. I ordered my husband a belt for our anniversary. I ordered the wrong size. I sent them a quick email on how to get this fixed got a very quick response. Process was very simple. As I was returning the belt i added a quick note about getting the name plate verbiage changed in the name plate and that I would pay to have that done, again an issue created by ME. I received the new belt yesterday in the correct size and the name plate verbiage changed and guess what, at no charge. We love his belt! It was PERFECT! Thank you Clayton and Crume!

I absolutely love their products!! My new order just came in and I got these for my guys as a grooms gift. Came in within 3 days which was much faster that I expected. I also have a set of the ones for pint glasses and those have been not only great quality, but maintained great quality over a year or longer!! I will be ordering more and cannot recommend this company enough!!

I bought my husband the Clayton & Crume flask last Christmas and he absolutely loves it and shows it off to everyone when he carries it in Savannah, GA where open container is legal. He lost the top on our last visit and I was certain that the company would make me purchase an entirely new flask but they promptly responded with a more than reasonable replacement price for the top (I didn't even have to pay for shipping) and the response was almost immediate. When I told my husband about how awesome their customer service was he said "good. I'm going to buy flasks for all of my associates this year for Christmas then." The product is exceptional and the customer service is beyond.

Satisfied with the product overall. Purchased the dark brown leather messenger bag. Enough space inside for me to store my 16” MacBook Pro, work laptop and a book without issue while maintaining a premium appearance, which was proving to be a struggle to find. Only major drawback is that it came with an ugly thick wrinkle in the leather on the front which is disappointing for a $650 purchase given that I hadn’t even had the chance to touch it yet and it was already damaged. Packaging didn’t seem damaged upon arrival, so I imagine it was related to how it was stored prior to shipment. Not enough of an issue that I wouldn’t consider buying from them again if I was in the market for a product they sold.
